Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On the one hand, the location was fantastic since it’s right in the heart of the casinos, making it super convenient to explore the area. However, I faced some issues with the room—not only did it have a lingering smell, but it was also really rundown and overlooked a parking garage. Unfortunately, I even had to deal with a break-in during my stay. Staff was friendly, but overall the experience left a lot to be desired.
I had a great stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the convenient location right by the casinos and entertainment venues in South Lake Tahoe. The room I stayed in was very clean and had an incredibly comfy bed, which made for a restful stay. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and the sports bar was too loud for my taste. Overall, it's a solid value for money, and I would definitely return for another visit.
I stayed in a corner suite on the 14th floor and absolutely loved the view of the lake. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfy, making for a great stay. While I really enjoyed the food at the buffet, there were a few minor issues with the internet, and the overall atmosphere in some parts of the hotel felt a bit outdated. Still, the staff was excellent, and I definitely plan to return.
The hotel provided a spacious and clean room, but it was somewhat outdated and needed better insulation as it felt drafty. The location was also a mixed experience; although it was convenient for accessing Tahoe attractions, there were some unpleasant odors around. Overall, the hospitality was commendable, but the surrounding environment left something to be desired.
The hotel has a great location for enjoying Tahoe, making it easy to find food and entertainment nearby. However, the rooms are in serious need of updating, especially the shower, which has maintenance issues. While the casino area felt a bit dated, the overall experience was solid. Additionally, dining options were somewhat limited and overpriced, detracting from the overall value for money.
